See here is the problem.. I have a right to my opinion also. If you cant back up the sh*t you write quit writing it. I would bet you a ton of money that if I had started a thread that said "Clemens sucked today, gets shelled" you and a few others would have been calling me out for it. So grow up.
You said Clemens was lights out. He wasnt. You post alot of crap like that hembo. This is a "forum". People respond to posts. You started the thread. Did you not want anyone to respond? If you dont want responses, dont start threads.
With your online persona I am shocked at how thin skinned you are.
Here is the definition of the word "forum".
Main Entry: fo·rum Function: noun Pronunciation: 'fOr-&m, 'fo r- Inflected Form(s): plural forums also fo·ra/-&/ Etymology: Latin; akin to Latin foris outside, fores door -- more at DOOR 1 a : the marketplace or public place of an ancient Roman city forming the center of judicial and public business b : a public meeting place for open discussion c : a medium (as a newspaper) of open discussion or expression of ideas 2 : a judicial body or assembly : COURT 3 a : a public meeting or lecture involving audience discussion b : a program (as on radio or television) involving discussion of a problem usually by several authorities
I love that everyone has a right to an opinion unless it is contrary to yours. Is that how it works hembo?
Hembo... dont blame me for the other forum. YOu had as much to do with it as anyone. It wasnt me that was vulgar or littered the place with thread after thread after thread of the same ole crap that kept anyone from posting there because of all the trash they had to navigate to get to a thread that mattered.
You have had it ?? and ?? So I am to assume you are putting Coach on notice that you will be flaming any an all threads with your threat that he will be moving alot of threads.
Goodluck to you....

Hey, sh*t for brains. Use spell check if you are going to try to throw a hissy so we can at least understand the garbage you are spewing out. If you can't stand to have your opinions challenged, don't post them. And, who the hell are you to call someone worthless.............maggot!

AB, yes you can post your opinion, but you took a SHOT at Hembo with the sportscenter comment, right???
Also, Clemens did not pitch for Houston because he was tired of pitching 1 to 0 loses.
In this game he was not pitching great BUT WON THE GAME because NOW HE HAS AN OFFENSE behind him.
Clemens made the right choice.

You have to admit that 3 runs, 5 hits, 2 walks in 6 innings, 4.50 era is not pitching lights out. He did get the win thanks to good hitting and that great pitching from Pittsburg though. That's an average day at best.
The only thing about his decision that sours me, is him saying that he wanted to play on a contender. The Yankees are one game under .500 and 10 games behind the Redsox.

Screw Clemens. I got sick of his annual bidding war to get teams to beg him to play. I'm glad the Yankees got him back. He is just a hamstring or groin pull away from the golf course.

yes, but they have a chance to win the WC

They have the same chance to win the WC as the Astros have to win the divison.
Clemens screwed his hometown. There is no other way to spin it.
Vega... if the Sportscenter comment got him or is consider a shot then he needs to thicken up his skin or quit posting in public boards on the Internet.

Well.. I know all the arguments, but my feelings are that Roger after signing a 10 year personal services deal with the Astros should have against all else finished his career here.
I know its business, but thats how I feel.
