The astros need to

1. send bourn to corpus for some more seasoning
2. cut villereal
3. limit towles playing time
4. start erstad
5. cut cruz
6. cut borkowski
7. get a quality starter
8. bench wiggy/start loretta.

I agree only in the 6th and 8th reason.

I believe Erstad should start more, but Bourn should stay and will play much better
Villareal, this guy is a good reliever, but struggling, lets hope Nieve can take his spot as the 7 inning pitcher untiil Geary is ready, once he is healthy, i believe Borkowski is the one that needs to go.
Towles should go to triple a, he looks even worse than Everett.
Cruz is doing a good job, he is htting lately and gets a lot of walks.
We need a quality starter, Clemens?
Wiggy sucks, one of worse trade in astros history, wheeler for this clown, when we already had a BETTER option, actually, 2 better options in Lamb and Loretta.


I really believe this team has a chance but we need cooper to improve and hope Nieve can do the job in the late innings.

Cooper made a big error today, example, 8th inning, wigg starts the inning, right handed pitcher, why not bring erstad to bat, then move erstad to 1b and loretta to 3b?/

Instead, he allows wig to hit and of course, he struck out UGLY.

Wig is not a good player, he can't play defense so i have no idea why they did not pinch hit for the guy.

Coop wasnt there in the 8th inning...got tossed in the 6th, I think....I thought they let backe pitch to one guy too many...but that is all second guessing

Towles should go to triple A. I would like to see something happen in the catcher dept. I think he can hit but for some reason he is struggling. Needs more seasoning.

Towles looks worse than half our pitchers hitting.

With Towles it would be a great move by Cooper to have the pitcher hitting 8th and Towles 9th, and guys, i am not joking.

I would send the guy to triple a, but thats just me.
