Two years ago, this guy hit over 30 home runs and drove in around 100 runs. Since then, he has done absolutely NOTHING. Mysterious injuries have been used as an excuse for his hitting rock bottom at the plate. He has used more batting stances than you can count. He has given chance after chance after chance and fails to produce. I'm convinced that he is another Tim Redding..........a head case. Give me some reasons as to why we should keep this clown around, if there are any. He's 32 years old and is regressing by the day.

Why in God's name was this bottomfeeder starting over Lamb against a right hander? What was he doing asking the ump about a called ball, only to K looking on the next pitch? His defense is also suffering. I can't remember the last time he got to a ball to his right. That throw over Berkman's head was a nice touch.

I dont care if lamb were a candidate for MVP or triple crown..if garner can find an excuse not to play Lamb, you had better believe he will sit him..loretta as well...actually, i think he would have a lot of explaining to do by sitting loretta getting tough to bench the second best hitter on the team...

Why Ensberg played today?? You have to go with 1 of the 2, but not play both.

If you want Lamb for the future, play lamb if NOT, then Ensberg but not both.

Biggio does not play today so Burke plays, right? Wrong, they have Bruntlett starting instead of Burke.

Why is this organization so dumb???

This team is not DEVELOPING the future and instead are playing guys that are NOT going to be here next year or later this year.

No way i am wasting my time watching this sorry ass team.

This organization has no clue, has to be one of the worse organization in baseball right now.

No talent in the minors, old guys on the roster, not playing young guys eventough are next to last, playing this year to see Biggio get 3,000 hits.

This team has a guy with a .275 OBP leading off games, that is SHAMEFUL.

Ensbergis a crappy hitter...that is a given, but I HATE the way he plays 3rd base. He might can catch the ball...but he never could throw for crap....If the batter is still in the box when he catches it, he will still just up and fire without setting himself, and the ball goes everywhere. I understand the difference between having to get rid of the ball and having plenty of time to throw it.....but ole ensberg doesnt.

And...just to throw lane into it.....there is a good reason why Hun left him in the minors till he was almost 30

If we had traded Lane and Ensberg last year we would have gotten something in return. Now, our best bet is to just release them.
