UHHHHH? It will go 4 and then maybe 5, but just by virtue of a Yankee win tonite doesnt assure a game 5. Pettitte vs ?? Sabathia? I dont know, but didnt they beat Pettitte in game 2?

Poor old Rog hobbled off the field like the old has-been that he now is. He has stayed too long. If we have a Pettitte-Sabathia matchup in game 5......Indians win it.

We treated Dierker the same way. Takes the team to the playoffs 4 out of 5 years and he gets axed because he couldn't take the team any further. Torre goes to the playoffs a dozen consecutive years - of course with about a BILLION more dollars in payroll to work with - and gets faced with the same treatment. George needs somebody to give him a good swift kick in the balls.

Barron, this goes to 5 game.
I believe Indians made a mistake of not using Sabathia tonight and Carmona if necessary.
by using Byrd, Yanks will win.
Pettitte pitched a very good game, he was very good in the second half and first game of the series DID NOT ALLOW A RUN.
I think Yanks will win this series because Indians did not use Sabathia tonight.

Vega... Pettitte pitched game #2.
So you think the Indians should have pitched Sabathia on 2 days rest?? Carmona on 1 days rest? 3 days rest is one thing, but what you are saying the Indians should have done is down right stupid.
I think you havent thought this thru or you arent sure on the dates. I know you are smarter than that. You dont pitch your ace on 2 days rest.
Sabathia will probably pitch tonite and the Yankees will go bye bye. Who do the Yankees have to pitch?? Pettitte on 3 days rest? Wang? Mussina?

I usually do not respond to the AB dude, but i will on this one.
WAng pitched in game 1, same with SAbathia.
Wang will pitch tonight, Sabathia will not.
We have a forum member that is accusing me of saying something stupid, but, i think he is the stupid one because he replies just for the sake of it without KNOWING MUCH OF WHAT HE IS SAYING.
Sabathia would be pitching tonight on 3 DAYS REST. Lets count, Sabathia pitch, then Carmona (1 day) then open day (2 day) then Westbrook (3 days) and then Sabathia WITH 3 DAYS REST, NOT 2, YOU ARE THE ONE CONFUSED. With the day open, Carmona would be pitching wiht 4 day rest for game 5.
Sorry AB, but WE ALL KNOW WHO THE STUPID GUY IS ON THIS FORUM.
