I guess.....I just have a hard time thinking of piazza as a HOF catcher, when he was so mediocher defensively....his numbers only qualify because ha was a catcher....but as a catcher he was very average at best......just my opinion

I agree with that. I think there have been some catchers in recent years much more deserving than him.
