That pitcher of theirs won the game. If the Astros don't score any more than 1 run, they lose plain and simple. This isn't the old dome team that won half their games 1 to nothing.

No, it was Matsui.
3 unearned runs in the first, we score 1 and had men on third and less than 2 outs but matsui hits a weak ground ball to first for the second out.
With that run, game would had been 3 to 2, is a brand new ball game.
With Loretta playing tonight we would had been 2 to 0 in the game in the 4th instead of 3 to 1 losing.
The game was LOST thanks to Matsui.

Well I don't get to see the games. But I think Matsui has contributed to winning a few games too. I am in agreement that the errors are devastating. But when someone hits a weak ground ball that could be due to poor hitting but it also could be due to good pitching. I think we have a history of getting burned by Wainwright. What is it about him that our pitchers can't hit? He seems like he might be growning into a pretty solid pitcher.

Vega, the fact that the Asros can't hit Wainwright is the reason we lost the game. Matsui had a bad game but he didn't lose it by himself.

Anyway I think Matsui needs a rest, his hitting has gone to pot recently. And Loretta is an able replacement so I think it should be done. And also Erstad should get some playing time. I don't care who he replaces, the team has been on kind of a hitting funk and needs to be shaken up.

and winning 1 to 0, runner on second, berkman and lee up and matsui is out at third trying to steal.
Last night we lost because ASStros were caught 3 times on the bases, STUPID.

Well, Loretta is playing but Erstad is not so i expect the ASStros to CONTINUE to struggle.
This team is playing like sh*t and the young guys, with the exception of Pence are doing NOTHING.

Matsui needed a day off, what did I tell you. Today he practically was the offense which wasn't saying too much in this case. I like Chopsui. But I think that he plays better when he gets a rest every once in awhile.

Matsui does it again, the whole rest of the teams hitters are pretty much sucking tonight. It is a pity we don't have 8 Matsuis tonight, then we might have some scoring.
