The excellent Astros pitching has allowed 5 home runs to the Brewers tonighit. Sampson just allowed one with an 0-2 count on Corey Hart.

The Astros starters however are what really sucks. I don't know why Cooper seems to have so much confidence in Sampson. He just took us out of this game. I sure don't have any of that. Sampson to me is either a last resort starter or a reliever in a blowout game where the Astros are losing or winning big time.

Awful pitching, awful coaching ALSO.
Look at Cards, they have no names pitchers but great coach in Duncan.

I'd trade our starters for theirs anyday. How do you go with five starters like the Astros started the year and expect to win anything. Even Oswalt has been pitching poorly. It would take a miracle of coaching. Actually it has been more the hitting that has been losing games recently.
