Tejada finally has a good game in the all star game where it doesn't count for the Astros. Looks to me like he would like to be traded.

Because he has a good All-Star game, you assume he would like to be traded??? Unbelievable!!! Michael Young drove in the winning run for the AL. Maybe we can trade Tejada for him!!

It has been awhile since he has had that good of a game. He was on base three out of four times. His last game that he got two hits was in the last game in June.

I don't care if Tejada wants to leave or not, what I am saying is don't go to the all-star game and advertise yourself and then come back to Houston and play like crap. That is being downright dishonest. I am not saying that he does that on purpose. It may all be circumstance and I am imagining things where nothing exists. But I was just pointing out what I saw and what might be the reasons for what I saw. If I am wrong, then I apologize.

Just because Miguel Tejada has a good game doesn't mean that I am off of his case. One game does not a career make. Berkman has been sucking lately too. Somehow I believe that whatever it is he is working on the problem. Wandy needs to get his mojo back. Erstad shouldn't have been playing that game, that was a left handed pitcher. He is more effective against right handers. The problem is Bourn also may not be that great against left handers which points out a general weakness in our roster. Both Tejada and Pence are righthanders. I wonder if that is just a coincidence?

Would that have been somehow better? So he had a good AS game, if he was so good he could have good games when he pleased no team on planet Earth could afford him. (Sorry, I'm just not understanding your take on the AS game.) I believe Wandy is doing alright. He had stumbled a little in July (6.89 ERA in 3 starts), but as I post he has still kept it down to 3.48 for the year and so far so good today. I just wish the guy would stay off the DL, but if you would have told me at the beginning of the year he would be sporting a 3.48 on July 19th I'd take it.

I was tired of Tejada's poor hitting. I was looking for a way to vent about Tejada's and others poor hitting. He suddenly has a good game in the all star game so I used that as my opportunity. I never said there was any connection between the all-star game and turning his hitting around. But I speculated what the possible reasons might be. It was mere speculation. I would like to see him playing more like he was earlier in the year.

I'll show you. Open a youtube window, pick a vid, then copy the URL. With this video the URL was........... www.youtube.com/watch?v=jREiZcg9MFU&feature=related. With that URL you only need to have the part I've put in bold type. www.youtube.com/watch?v=jREiZcg9MFU&feature=related So, click the TUBE square above and you get [you*tube][/you*tube] (I added * in youtube in order to show bracket without making another video screen) then you add the URL to make [you*tube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jREiZcg9MFU&feature=related[/you*tube] Then you take out all but the v=jREiZcg9MFU&feature=related That leaves you with......(again, I put in the asterisks you fool the plug-in in order to show you [without the asterisks] what the final configuration should look like) [you*tube]v=jREiZcg9MFU&feature=related[/you*tube] Boom, it's a done deal. To make sure you have it right you might want to preview it before posting. I added this instruction to the youtube thread.
