I am tired of his brain-dead management of this team. I am particularly concerned with the current state of the team. I believe that we are in probably the worst shape that Houston has been in my days as a fan.

The only way to wake Drayton up is to stop buying tickets, concessions, and merchandise. When he loses enough money, maybe the old fool will turn the team over to a baseball man who knows how to run it. He had one in Hunsicker and ran him off.

Only problem with that is that you have too many "die hard" Astros fans who will always go to the games regardless ofhow bad they are doing. Kind of like the brain dead Cubs fans that kept on going to see them when they sucked for 50 years! I don't care if people go to the games, but "don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining" like McLame is doing by continuing to deny that the Astros are in a rebuilding mode!
For the record though, I thinke that the Cubbies are going to choke down the stretch and we will see the Brewers win the Central!

Texiban....trouble is....it is worse than that.
If only we WERE in a rebuilding mode....trouble is...We are not rebuilding, and have nothing to rebuild with....Vega said it best....we are old AND bad...a terrible combination

Drayton is feeling the pressure. He is making moves. The old grocer is capable of spending money if he has too. He doesn't want his Crawford box shelves where he puts fans on display empty.
