I think we are 1 and 2 lost to the Cubs at home, an inauspicious beginning but nothing to get rattled about. Drayton has not been acting like he wants to win lately.

I am wondering today if we could start this season over again. Scratch the last four games and just begin again. Maybe we could keep starting over until we get it right.

It is last year all over again...oswalt cant pitch...Wandy starts out as the only pitcher with a pulse.
The ONLY glimmer of hope I see is that Berkman has at least hit some unlike last year when he was hitting his hat size till June...Pence might have been caught in the sophmore jinx, and we arent expecting bourn and Towles to lead us to the promised land.
On the down side, the bull pen hasnt looked as good as last year.
Maybe we need to sign Chacon to pitch till june ! ;D

We are hurting also at third base. Blum is a decent backup but he is no starter. There have often been times that I have wondered if our GM who drew fire from Chacon, whatever his name is deserving of his job. He really seems to me to be doing about as poor a job as any GM I can remember in Astro history. The team needs a complete overhaul and the sooner they do it the better because any value that they have is losing value fast. They don't have near enough of it to ever put together a contender. That is my humble opinion.
