Jason Castro, Jason Bourgeois, and Chris Johnson are going to be in the major leagues, at least for awhile. I don't think this is going to make a great deal of difference. We still have Wandy. It took a horrible road trip to make even this happen. I am not sure I want terribly good things to happen now because with the moron Drayton, it is going to take horribly bad things to happen to make good things happen. This frankly shows what a moron Drayton is. He will only do decent things under extreme pressure. I personally don't think any GM could do a decent job under Drayton. He has to be in on every decision. Can you imagine any GM that would be stupid enough to take this long to make this move? Drayton is behind this and it is because the Astros got swept by Texas. What a moron!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, i've been asking for 2 of those 3 for some time now. I think i am finally going to enjoy watching some ASStros games.
I know my GREAT friend Chandler hates when i writh ASStros, but, thats the way i see the team righ tnow.

I predicted the bad series against the Rangers, I predicted that the coward Drayton would make a move afterwards. I think I have that guy figured out. And what I have figured is not good. Chandler sometimes defends Drayton. I wonder if he is beginning to get his opinion changed yet.

More losses on the way.........Lincecum pitches for the Giants tonight against Oswalt. Poor Roy will get his 9th loss because Lincecum will either shut the Astros out or allow only one run. I see another sweep on the horizon.
I wondered why Johnson was sent back down in the first place. Castro has to be better than Quintero or Cash. The other guy is one I don't know much about. We got rid of three useless guys in Cash, Sullivan, and Daigle.

JB...I agree with you, but I dont understand why you are down on Quentero. He has actually been a good catcher for us.His hitting is not great, but it has been acceptable(mid 260's), but his defense has been very, very good....It seems to me that he has been the best catcher we have had in a while.
That said, I am happy to let Castro show what he can do.

I agree about Quintero being a good backup. Castro needs to be the starter and get most of the playing time. Carlos Lee needs to go to the AL for some prospects. Trade Oswalt to the Rangers........if it can be worked out.......for Derek Holland and two-three other quality prospects. The only way the Astros get competitve again is to rebuild with young players. I also don't care if they ship Lance Berkman because his best years are behind him and I don't think he gives a damn about playing.
