Wright is wrong. Wright against Dempster, you might as well throw in the towel before the game even starts. Houston has not had a great record hitting against Dempster, has there been anyone that has not had a great record hitting against Wright? He is one of those young pitchers that it would be a major surprise to me if he ever made it in the major leagues. Wright is a good example of why Houston is so bad. There are not many other teams that would give him the chance to start but we don't have many other choices. I personally would give the chance to someone else. At Round Rock he is 4-0, but the bad part is 4.50 ERA. Get rid of him or leave him there until he learns to pitch.

That kindof went like I thought it would, just that I didn't think that we would get that many runs and jump out to such a big lead. That was a freaky game but our relief sure fell apart. We had every chance to win it. Is it asking to much to win the next game? Of course it is, I am an ASStro fan.

Great job, Astros. Only you could turn a 7-1 lead into a 14-7 loss. Now, we see why we are the laughing stock of the National League.

i think asstros need to RESIGN Myers.
Remember guys, for 2 years i wanted this guy for the ASStros, i was hoping then for a lidge for myers trade. I really like him.
Now, a rotation of Oswalt and Myers is awesome, but oswalt can give us some really good talent. I read Cards would give Shelby Miller, he is awesome talent, but who else?

I was wondering what anybody thinks of Wright. He did hold them well for three innings. Did anyone see the game? I think he has pretty good velocity if I remember. He fell apart in the 4th. I would guess that he lost his composure and lost some control. Needs Moeller to work with his head. Moeller is to me the most composed pitcher we have. He may be the smartest one.

They are giving Wesley Wright another chance to start. This time it is against Silva. Houston hit Silva pretty badly the last time they played him. Still it seems like an impossible matchup. Wesley doesn't have the tools. We are going to have to blow the cover off the ball to beat the Cubs in this game.

Wright isn't ready to be a starting pitcher. We only have two........Oswalt and Myers...and Oswalt doesn't give a damn because he wants to be traded. Trade him before his value goes down.

Rodriguez is starting to pitch again. I still think Mueller makes a decent 5 starter. Hopefully we can get Paulino pitching again like he was before the injury. Oswalt has had a lousy year. When he pitches well we don't hit and when we do he pitches poorly. I have my doubts that he is worth a whole lot on the open market right now. He certainly is a risk. The only one that seems like he could really help some team is Myers.

I would keep Myers if I had any intentions of trying to win in the next couple of years.

I think it is doubtful that they will be able to win in the next two years, therefore, if someone made a fantastic offer for Myers I think I would take it. It would have to be a fantastic offer.
