I realize than few people will write on these posts, however I enjoy following the Astros even when they are bad. I guess that is because there are interesting things to look at even when the team is bad. Why has Happ been so bad this year? He is someone that has shown no apparent physical problems and been consistent about going out to pitch. Last year he did pretty well. If I were him, I would look at what I was doing last year differently than this year. I hear Quintero might be back soon. That could be a huge relief. We have really missed a catcher that actually adds something offensively.

This team get only two hits against a rookie who is 1-3. That is pathetic. It looks like Mills will need to hold another meeting to get these losers working for better at bats. They should send Happ for some rehabilitation in the minors and give Aneury Rodriguez another chance at a start. Wow!

The Astros are just padding the other teams records right now. I think this team is going to break all of the records for losses, and maybe not just for the Astros franchise. It is discouraging to be an Astros fan right now. I guess Drayton just wanted to add this to his resume'.

I predict a clean sweep. Myers this year is no match for Nolasco, who has been very hard to hit. The Astros, who have trouble getting runs, will probably be shut out. This stuff is pretty depressing but what can I say?

I thought we had about an even chance today, but the Laughstros lost four in a row to the Marlins. This team continues the pathetic playing to the point that you begin to imagine that it fits the players. Not even Wandy is getting decent starts these days. Maybe the whole team wants to be traded.

It was interesting, I was watching the MLB gameday, and I noticed that according to the strikezone on gameday, the umpire had two seperate strikezones, one for the Astros, and one for the Marlins. It was pretty consistant through the whole series. Then I noticed that Wandy complained about it and said they wouldn't call anything that was an inside strike a strike for him. That was exactly what I noticed on gameday. I think if MLB is going to cheat certain teams with the strikezone, they are stupid to broadcast it over the internet for everyone to see. I say we get rid of umpires. There is no reason to have them anymore since technology is far more accurate and can sense exactly where the ball goes through the strikezone. I am sick of this kind of cheating. The Astros team paid for those umpires who in turn gave the Marlins an advantage. Clean up baseball.
