Things are looking up for the Astros. They are definitely a team that has started over and is looking like they want to build a really good team. They don't act like they are trying for Drayton's profit margin any more. I like to see a team that doesn't try to toy with the fans. Trick them into going to the ballpark and then never put a team together that can really compete when the going gets tough. They are really worrying about bringing in quality youth. They signed their number one draft and seem to be building some talent in the system. I feel some hope in being an Astro fan.

We have won two games in a row. Where are the people celebrating? Bogusevic and the rest of our minor league players are beating the Cubs, how can you keep from getting fired up and happy. The future is bright. This team sucks, but it is still better than a team that is average with no future.

Four in a row? That has to be the first time this year that this has happened. I predict that tomorrow they end the streak. I think the odds are in my favor. I would be happy to be proved wrong, and if they win five, maybe it will mean a change in attitude for this team.

I was right about breaking the streak. Then they haven't won a game since. I hope they start playing well again. You can't help but get tired of losing.
