The GREAT NY Yankees are now 11.5 back of Boston and they used Roger Clemens in relief today. Roger gave up 1 hit, 1 run, 1 BB and had 1 K. Not good.
Yankees lost 7-2.
Roger Clemens the Yankees savior is 1-2 , 5.09 ERA with a 1.42 WHIP. OUCH.
Pettitte you ask... well, 4-5 3.28 ERA and a 1.30 WHIP.

I expect ERA's and Whip to be higher in the AL.
Like I said before, i expect 4.00 ERA from BOTH pitchers now that they are in the AL.
Still, Yanks has a BETTER chane than the Astros to make the playoffs.

The Cardinals have a better chance based on record but that aint happening either.
