You have serious flaws in your logic.
When someone says something, you always take that and try to think it means something completely different. Just because we realize that SS is a defensive position and that Everett's defense makes the team better, that doesn't mean we think Boston would trade their best young pitcher for him.

I've already pointed out your huge flaw in logic.
Just because Everett's the best DEFENSIVE SS in the league, no one would think that a team would want to (or should want to) trade their best pitcher straight up for that SS.
Your flaw is that you take us saying that Everett is an asset to our team and helps our pitchers to mean that we think he's equal in value to a #1 pitcher. You once again show that you are utterly incapable of understanding shades of grey. Everything has to be white or black with you.
