You made you comment on Braun when ESPN and the like jumped on the bandwagon. Before that you had never heard of him.
You can't even read hembo.. which doesnt surprise me since you have stated you work for the Federal Government. Whta do you do by the way?
I said is was Pence and Braun. I acknowledged the guy.
Sure he is having a great year. 200 at bats worth. It does matter now, but it would have been nice to see Pence and Braun battle it out.

Like how? Thats exactly why i posted the #'s...Where exactly was Pence winning at? For less at bats i can say with 100% certainty Braun was doing better..pence has more hits but thats only logical seeing as he had more at bats..where else was pence better?

Also, and i know this will draw fire, but i think his team being in first place will also help his case..Pence plays for a loser..Anymore ,a guy up for an award(any award)has a much better chance if he is on a winner..Especially the MVP award..now i dont know(but im sure someone will post it) but i cant remember the last time an MVP was given to a guy on a last place team?
ROY is obviously different but the numbers just arent there for pence

Yeah, that .330/.355/.564 12hr 45rbi line he put up in less than half of a season just doesn't cut it.
Of course Braun will likely win it now, but had both been healthy, it would have went down to the end of the season. Braun's still about 80 plate appearances behind Pence on the season. Braun's a good young hitter. He'll get some MVP votes as well.
