Move Pence to RF and Hunter in CF ?
Lee Hunter Pence Thats a pretty good hitting OF.

Hunter is a good player but we MUST spend money on STARTING PITCHING this winter.

We need to get pitching thru trades.
But we have other holes to fill and getting a CF'er would solve 2 of them.

We had a centerfielder and fat ass gave him to the Rockies. Hunter Pence is a competent centerfielder. We need a third baseman who can play the position and drive in runs. We need a catcher and we need at least two starting pitchers. As long as we count on guys like Woody and Jennings, we will struggle. Purpura will probably over-pay to try to keep Jennings, who isn't worth half of what we gave for him.

Hunter would make an impact almost from the beginning..arguably one of the best fielders in baseball and he has good power...get him

It's rumored that HUnter will get $15+ for 5+ years.
You won't get him for Juan Pierre money.

hunter has also been getting hurt every year for a while hasnt he? Just something to think about..I still say young guys from somewhere...It seems players quit caring after they get that big no trade contract
