Surely, it's nearing the real end-of-the line for this egomaniac.

Much like Rajah on his retirement, I'm 99.9% sure it's nearing the end of the line for that egomaniac.

I wonder if he even thinks of the fact that we never booed him off the field. But then again I don't think he personally ever had a reall poor outing with us. Except perhaps game 1 of the WS and that was injury related.
I doub't we will ever hear him say that Houston was right and he screwed up and made a poor choice.

I completely understand your point vega, but Did Roger give Astros fans a reason to boo him, WHILE he was playing for us?
I don't believe he did. So why should we be more like Yankees fans? We certainly boo our players now. Look at what we did Sunday to Jennings!

The only reason Purpura traded for Jennings is because Draytie told him to. Jennings is one of the "boys" from Baylor and Draytie either was or still is chairman of the Baylor Board of Regents. I'm sure he like the idea of one of the Baylor boys pitching for the Astros. The least he could have done is found one worth a sh*t.

No, but Biggios does RIGHT NOW.
Like i said, Biggio could HAD NOT PLAY FOR THE YANKEES SUCKING THE WAY HE IS, and the Astros organization and fans WANTS biggio to continue playing for the sake of it.

Look at Ensberg,2 homers tonight, like i said, he was hitting in july, astros needed to PLAY THIS GUY AND SEE what he could do, if he plays good, then trade him for some value if not then let him go next year.
Thats the problem with our team, no VISION.

Yankee fans= class acts But I think it proves the fact that Clemens was only ever seen by New York as a hired gun. Doubt Jeter would get booed in an 0-40 slump.

Welcome to the forum.
I tend to agree with you there since many of the Yankee fans whom took a while to get over Rajah being a former Red Sox player.

No, but Biggios does RIGHT NOW. Like i said, Biggio could HAD NOT PLAY FOR THE YANKEES SUCKING THE WAY HE IS, and the Astros organization and fans WANTS biggio to continue playing for the sake of it. Well I certainly understand that you loath Craig Biggio, why would you even say something like this. Bidge is hitting .293, OBP .327, and slugging .463 AT HOME. Why would anyone boo that performance?? And he couldn't play for the Yankmees??? Like Molina?? Or maybe like Damon?? Biggio will be done this year, he retired. That would be the best way to treat the fan favorite, and with little arguement from any (except of coarse you) the best player in club history. Biggio says he is going to retire, so you release him, or bench him for the rest of the year... real class. Everyone b*tched and b*tched about Bagwell, now he's gone and from watching the games it looks like the only one with any hustle left in them is Biggio. At 40+ years old he still puts more effort into running down the first base line then any other player on the team. EVERY TIME!! Funk that play, bobble that ball... Biggio will be safe at first because he hustles down the line, every single time. But you can rest easy... he'll be gone next year. Maybe Berkman will step up and be the "veteran" on the team. Maybe Burke, Lee, hell maybe Wiggy will be the man. Either way, the era of Bagwell and Biggio will be over. Lord knows the franchise will be much better off without these two lazy ass losers around.
