After Scott hit the 3-run homer in the 5th, Jennings should have been pulled and not allowed to go out for the 6th. Garner always leaves his worst pitchers in long enough to cost us the game.
Also, another horrible game from Lance Berkman. This guy has let this team down big time this year.

Jennings actually pitched pretty good for 5 innings. Garner went to the wrong pitchers at the wrong time and they blew it for Jennings.
JB is right.... Garner left him in 1 inning to long.

Garner made many dumb moves last night:
1. Leaving Jennings in after 5 innings when he was ahead. 2. Bringing Borkowski into the game. He'd given up runs in six consecutive games. 3. Only using Lidge for one inning. 4. Keeping Lamb in the game at first base, moving Berkman to right field, and pulling Scott out of the game. He weakened TWO positions with one move. Also, why the hell would he leave Berkman in and pull Scott when Scott was hitting and Berkman sucked.
Actually, we lost the game early on when we loaded the bases with NO outs and failed to score. Didn't you know that icon Biggio would strike out on a pitch outside and in the dirt to end the game. He's done it for 20 years. Oh well, who cares.........all of Bidgie's supporters were there waving their little signs, eating, and drinking beer. Who cares if the team loses as long as Biggio gets to play and Draytie makes money.

The move in the 6th was to bring in Qualls, not Borkowski. Garner is so "by-the-book", never thinking "outside the box". Qualls is hot, has the best DP pitch, and it was a key part of the game. He succeeds, ballgame over.
Even McLemore, who is gaining confidence and pitching well, would have been a better option....
I hate garner...he's a f**king idiot....

Jennings has that short arrmed pitcher look on the hill. His deliver reminds me of a cross between Pete Harnisch and Chad Harville. His results on the hill remind me of Jay KaPowell.

Coach- The Astros gave a away a helluva lot of their future for another KAPOWell clone didn't they. As far as I'm concerned, Pupura got shafted big time on this one. Acquiring damaged goods for some of the Astros top pitching prospects.

Wandy is pitching great at home. On the road he is abyssmal. PooPoora definitely needs to find some pitching somewhere. ;DI think that Spridle and Chim-Chim are available.

Jennings actually pitched pretty good for 5 innings. Garner went to the wrong pitchers at the wrong time and they blew it for Jennings. JB is right.... Garner left him in 1 inning to long. A pitcher has control over 3 things, K's, walks and HR's allowed. Jennings struck out 3, walked 2 and gave up 2 HR's. It was a horrible effort when you don't K guys, walk too many, and give up 2 HR's in the first 5 innings.
