Well... he struck out 20, but who is counting. You are probably right though. He just doesnt look even remotely close to who he used to be.
If the Cubs cut him lose this off season. I would damn sure be willing to take a flyer on him. He is just 30 years old and he may have something left. I wouldnt pay him much. It would be an incentive laden deal.

Yes, we have taken chances with every other piece of sh*t on the market. We just as well give Wood a shot. He couldn't be any worse than Doc Gooden when we signed his drug-addicted ass.
