Gallo, a lefthander, spent the 2002 season in Lexington and went 4-4 with eight saves, striking out 93 and walking 26 in 88 1/3 innings. His 1.83 ERA ranks fourth all-time among Lexington pitchers. Whiteman, a former shortstop who is out of baseball, played for the Legends in 2001 and 2002 and holds team records for hits (230), doubles (55), triples (10) and homers (28).
