Not really a bad owner but he damn sure hasn't spent enough. Take a look at our pitching staff.

Houston had a higher payroll in 2005 than the WS champs and a higher payroll in 2006 than either of the WS teams. It's not what you spend, it's how you spend it.
How much more could he have spent? What free agents were available that would have been good signs?
