Please tell Drayton to hire good baseball people and then get the hell out of the way. If you have budget, tell the new guys what it is and then go back to your distribution business.

No way. Draytie either cannot or will not keep his grubby little paws off of baseball operations. Granted, he does own the team, but you would think that he would at least sense enough to know when to leave it to the professionals. OOps, he did that with doughboy didn't he??  |

Purpura was a terrible GM but I'm sure he couldn't go piss without Draytie's approval. Draytie is the one who "urged" Timmy to trade for Jennings.
