Try reading what I wrote again: You said that Quall's BAD BAD BAD save percentage doesn't count because he wasn't a closer. Fine, then by your rules, we get to disregard the blown save that Lidge got when he was NOT the closer. On May 21 against the Reds, he came into a 1-0 game in the 6th inning with no outs and the bases loaded. He got out of the inning with only a run scored, but it was a blown save for him. Box ScoreSO, when he was a closer, he was 7 for 23 in save opportunities. He was 0 for 1 in save opportunities as a middle reliever. So, sorry, but NOT wrong, you just simply can't grasp what I'm saying.

LAST YEAR WE ALL AGREE LIDGE WAS AWFUL.
WELL, THIS YEAR HE HAS MORE BLOWN SAVES IN LESS OPPORTUNITIES THAN LAST YEAR.
ENOUGH SAID, LMAO

You can't even admit that you didn't understand my point.
What's worse - 8/24 or 5/9? Which is a higher percentage?

Chandler, let me help you because you need help here. Maybe the reason Lidge is struggling this year at the end is he has a bad leg that may need surgery at the end of the year. Why is he pitching? ??//// No idea. Enough help? ?//

LOL This coming from the guy who has sworn for years that WHIP was the most important stat but now he changes it because it doesn't help his argument? This coming from the guy who says that Qualls is BETTER than Lidge only because of his save percentage, but when you point out that Qualls' percentage is WORSE he tries to say that it doesn't matter for Qualls, only Lidge? I'd suggest you worry about working on your own debating skills. They're quite lacking.

By the way, Qualls has 19 holds, last year? ////// 22. So, with a worse team, Qualls is doing almost like he did last year.

The guy I can see helping our pen is Sarfate. He appears to be a better choice for the 7th inning than Borkowski. Try to trade Borkowski and Miller. Keep McLemore and Sarfate. And, somebody please convince them that Randolph is horrible. Get rid of him. He's taking up a roster spot.

That 7 inning job should be a battle between Sarfate and Albers (if he does not make the rotation).
I'm still pissed on losing Springer.
