Your genius manager put the Cubs in a 1-0 hole last night by pulling Zambrano from a 1-1 game after he had thrown only 85 pitches. Lou claimed it was because Carlos had problems with heat in the past. IMO, Piniella had a brain fart and gave game one away because he wanted to bring Zambrano back Sunday on three days rest. Hell, Lou does't know there will be a game on Sunday after this dumb stunt he pulled last night.

I heard his after game comments today and he sounded very defensive. Lou knows he screwed the pooch on this one, he just won't admit it.

i don't agree with that move but let me tell you why he did it.
Marmol is one of the best if not the best reliever this year.
Second, he is throwing zambrano in short rest for game second.
NOW, I DON'T AGREE WITH THE MOVE, i try and win game first FIRST.

Vega, Lou is getting his ass kicked again. The Cubs and Phillies are both going to be behind 2-0 and I like that.

They interviewed Lou during the game and he seemed like he just didnt care. It was very weird. He just seemed very detached from the reality of the situation.

Barron, to tell you the truth, i like AZ and Colorado.
I think Phillies have a better team but Colorado is HOT right now.
But, AZ and Cubbies, i want AZ to win FOR SURE.
Remember, i was rooting for AZ for the whole year because i did not care about the 3,000 plateu the ASStros were playing this year so i follow a team that WANTED TO WIN and see the YOUNG GUYS DEVELOPING, something we did NOT do with the excepction of Pence.

Check out my post in Colorado. I said the exact same thing. No east coast or west coast teams this year. Especially Red Sox or Yankees.
