well, a long time ago i said lidge was important for the 7 inning because white is NOT a good pitcher.
He was pitching good but history says otherwise.
This guy should not be pitching for us, we should use young guys like Estrada instead.
Actually, I prefer to see Gutierrez pitch over Woody but, we are stucked with that guy for 2 years.
Like i said, this team has no vision (management) and they look like amateurs in a a professional world.
Purp has to go.

White has never been a good pitcher, I don't know why we thought he was after a few lucky outings.

management is stupid, they did not sign Springer and instead signed White.
Springer was a good guy in the bullpen and much better pitcher than White.
I am telling you guys, Purp has no idea what he is doing, he needs to go, he has a very bad team with no chemistry outhere. He is a bad GM.

Purpura is a fat little lapdog......nothing more and nothing less. Draytie wanted him because he would not rock the boat and wouldn't try to get Draytie to spend money to improve the team.

The reason Hunsicker left is he got tired of having to argue with McLane and Timmy was just happy to get a promotion. Whether or not Purpura could actually do the job was inconsequential to McLane.
