Bradley is fined, but no suspension

The commissioner's office handled this correctly. Milton Bradley was fined but did not receive a suspension because he did not make contact with Mike Winters. Winters needs a lengthy suspension for instigating this crap.

Bradley was clearly the victim in this case. Winters needs to be fired.
