I still dont know why these guys are so good? they dont have anyone on that team that would start in houston(outside webb) why are they winning?

This stuff just happens. They arent that good on paper. They have some good young players... but no one is a MVP guy.
Bad offense, great pitching. Thats the Astros formula from 2005.

hembo, i have to disagree.
They have some very gooooood young players.
Jackson would be our first basemen moving Berkman to rf.
Drew would be our SS for sure.
Reynold would be our 3b.
Young would be our CF for sure.
Davis would be in our rotation.
They have great relievers.
AND THEY HAVE A GOOD MANAGER.
Also, good players like Upton and Montero for the future.
