before the start of next season i say we all make our predictions known before the first pitch of regular season...division winners, cy young winners, ws winners, rookie of the years etc....If the opinions are not noted before the season starts they are bullchit..This gives you a lot of time and should allow you to see all the trades made before saying something....Its easy to predict stuff when the fields are narrowed down

its impossible to name a mvp or cy young winner but we should be able to reasonably assume who we think will win divisions and league..we should however be able to assume who the individual winners will be by all star break

vega...im not going to blast you or call you out as i usually agree with you, but i dont remember any of that..Other than peavy i dont remember any of that until these guys were actually almost a sure thing..im not saying you didnt predict that i just dont remember....This isnt what im talking about though...many are now saying' i called so and so' or 'so and so team is there' All im saying is we should call stuff before the season starts....That way theres no confusion later....i do know for absolute fckn fact nobody called rockies and indians at the beginning

sounds good..some just have an uncanny knack for saying i told ya...thats fine but nobody really wants to go searching for it 6 months later...Heres what im getting at...Some on this board have made it mandatory you cant say anything w/o the nit picking..If we had some kind of prediction thing going forward we would save a lot of arguments down the road

Well, I predicted snow for the post-season. Looks like I nailed that one. I predict the Rockies will lose a game on account of snow before they lose another game on account of runs at home this year. I predict that a Rockies/Indians WS will have the worst ratings of all time. I predict that strong consideration willl be given to moving WS games at Coors to an alternate site (Arizona?, Houston?) so the WS can get over by Thanksgiving.

FWIW, the only snow predicted for Colorado is on the 25th, after that it's predicted to be 60s/70s for highs and clear. 'Course, predictions that far out change hourly.

The weather in Denver is weird to say the least. I went into the airport terminal to pick up my wife a few years back and I went in with short sleeves on and the temperatures in the 70s. I came out 75 minutes later and snow was falling. Who knows what is going to happen up there with the weather.

Well, at the beginning of the season i said i liked the M's and Diamond backs teams.
I like both teams because in my strat team i took many of those young guys while in the minors.
About Tulo, in my other strat team i took him as my NUMBER 1 MINOR LEAGUER last year, i gave him the SS from day one, he was considered a BETTER version of Crosby in Colorado.
Remember these 2 names next year:
Iannetta and Montero.
Let me give you my young guys from Seattle and AZ:
Seattle, Adam Jones, Felix Hernandez, Balentien, Baek, Tuissasopo.
AZ, Connor Jackson, Montero, Carlos Gonzalez.
Whenever THOSE names do something, remember i mentioned them because i drafted all those guys because i really think they are good.

ya thats him...probably a pence type player...I know that coco crisp guy hasnt worked out real well...the problem with that team is their best hitters are a liability in the field...Big papi is the Dh but its clear manram needs to be...If you play papi where does youkilis play? lowell is a great ballplayer...anyways, manny ramirez has got to be one of the worst defensive players in the history of MLB...you think berkman is lazy and bad at defense this guy is tops
