The yankees manager job is getting equal press with the world series...thats sad..fck the yankees..those guys havent been chit in years...first round and out

The Yankees play on the East Coast in the largest media market in the country and they are the darlings of the major networks and ESPN. If one of the Yankees got hurt wiping his ass it would be headline news.

I heard an broadcaster on ESPN radion specifically state that the baseball word revolves around the Yankees and Red Sox. So whil it doesn't surprise me when I hear stuff like this, it continually angers me. But there is no way to resolve it. Not as long as ESPN is in Bristol Conn.

agreed ike..i cant help but think that if espn and fox were in dallas or san antonio, we wouldnt be hearing about the yankees
