This year Oswalt is walking more hitters than usual, thats something to worry about.
So far 5 innings, 3 runs allowed, not a job of a number 1 starter.
He is getting hit easily.
Well, like I said a long time ago, I think Peavy has the stuff to be better than him, I take Peavy over Oswalt any day.

Oswalt continues to suck today. Our number 1 pitcher is not pitching like one today.

I knew i was right about White. Even when he had a very low ERA I called Garner a moron for bringing this a$$h*le to pitch a long time ago because he is awful. Well, he is proving my point that he is a bad pitcher. Now, it looks like everybody knows it EXCEPT Garner and Purpura. Why i hate Purpura?  ? Well, instead of re signing a reliever that pitched good for us like Springer he brougth us this trash who has a 6.00 ERA |

I take Peavy over Oswalt
lets dont go overboard lol oswalt is a top 2 or 3 pitcher the past three years..really look at his stats..i use to say he didnt come close to santana but their records are pretty similair Both are better than peavy...however, the astros would certainly take him if possible

believe me, peavy has better stuff and is a GREAT PITCHER.
I will bet you taht Peavy will get 2 Cy Young awards in the next 6 years.

And i am on the record saying that BEFORE this year. (That i think Peavy is better than Oswalt).
So far this year Peavy is proving my point, he is a a great pitcher.
