No i dont know and thats why im asking..We all know some sucker is going to give arod whatever, but now that he has opted out, what would happen if no team wanted him forthat kind of money? what if they just said screw it? his only choice is to swallow his pride and sign for whatever, right? So if there wasnt a few whore teams out there this could be a real scenario..Then what would boras do? Technically he could get less than what the yankees offered, right?

Borass would get the best deal possible.
Although it may not be for what he wanted. However, maybe Arod already has the money and would consider less just to get away from the pressure cooker that is NY and their press hounds. Its no secret he was not well liked by many in the NY Media and some fans. They felt Jeter was being threatened by Arod.
I would love to have him here in Houston but I just don't think it will happen due to the presence of Borass as Arod's Agent.

For the 30 mil he will be asking for, the Astros could pick up 2 or 3 players and possibly a pitcher. I don't want Draytie to pay 1 player that much per season. He screwed up in my opinion when he gave Clemons 22 mil for a partial season. Spend wisely and get the players now to get this team back in contention. We play in the NL central, it shouldn't be that hard! ;D

You get the money back with Clemens and Arod.
How many Astros jersey will be sold with Arod's name? Same with Clemens.
Filled stands with Arod breaking records, plus, HE IS A GREAT HITTER.
