i can see your point dennis and texi..well put...For the record, i know troy patton personally..we dont exchange emails or anything but still..he is a great kid....i have zero problem believing he and pence will emerge as greats of the game..This was posted to get some feedback on what astros fans thought of trading its two top prospects(no pence isnt technically a prospect anymore but you know what i mean) It wasnt to incite a petty free for all or have some idiot come in talking chit(jb never fails on that one( it was to get an opinion..thats it...
as i said.. who knows if pence and patton will be good 4 years from now? nobody knows..i do know peavy and santana would have been bad by now if they were 1 year wonders...
