actually, i agree, it was 2 and 1, now, the dumb move was scott not allowing the runner to move to third with less than 2 outs.

Reasons why i agree:
Ausmus will not drive runs, only 6 so far.
He will not hit the ball to the OF, probably a weak GB to 2nd base.
Then they walk Lamb to load the bases with 1 out.
Then Biggio K's
So, is bases loaded with Pence at bat.
I agree with the move, if did not work at least you expected Everett to move to third, that is the dumb move, not moving to third with less than 2 outs.

Ok...Biggio's in the leadoff spot again with a .230 BA and about a .310 OBP. Surely Garner isn't that G-D stupid. That move must have come down from the top.
I getting a little antsy waiting for the Astros regular season to begin right after Biggio get's that 3K hit and they start playing to win again instead of just being bit players in the Craig Biggio 3K Show.

Dierker didn't screw the double switch up this bad. Now, Lidge has to hit 9th with Ensberg hitting third. I hope to hell we don't end up with Wheeler having to save this game. We need to get at least 4 runs in the 9th.

Vega.. if you are refering to me... just because you are mad at the team dont lie about what I said. I never said I tought Garner was a good manager.
I thought the squeeze was a stupid play with a pitcher who isnt throwing strikes and 3-0 count and no outs.
Garner is a moron and Biggio sucks. Can I be more clear?
