He's not ready. He got lit up when I saw him back on the 28th.

He should pitch AT LEAST half the year at double A.
He should be moved to triple a sometime this year, he is pitching good.
Now, he IS NOT ready to pitch in the majors.
The way Wandy is pitching we don't need to hurry minor leaguers, next one in line should be Juan Gutierrez.

Agree. Though, in the 3 starts since I've seen him, he's lowered that ERA to 2.28 (or something close to that).

Also agree that Gutierrez will/should get first bump up, but I'm not 100% sold on him yet. His hits allowed rate is good, but his k/bb and k/9 ip rates aren't that great.

I think he is pitching way too much this year, i believe he is number 3 in innings pitched.
Lets see LESS innings from Patton this year, PLEASE.

Troy has the start tomorrow (friday) night at the Dell Diamond. Guess it's as good of a time as any to head out 290 for a few hours.

Give us a report, Lame. Be sure to notice if the bullpen down there is as terrible as it is in Houston.

I'd imagine it's worse, since their best relievers are Randolph and McLemore.

I'd imagine it's worse, since their best relievers are Randolph and McLemore. That explains why they have been losing so many games.
