Loretta is the guy we need playing 2b this year. Later on if we're really out of it, they can give Burke a shot at 2b, but I wouldn't expect too much from him.

Burke was bad. His hitting has nothing to do with his leaning CF.
Burke had an OBP of .344 and an OPS of .732. His defense was horrible.
Burke in my opinion should have been kept instead of OP or Lane, but he lost his starting job for good reason.

Losing interest?  Well, Biggio, starting tonight FOR NO APPARENT REASON and the a$$h*le swings at the first pitch, OF COURSE, for an out. Leadoff hitter swinging at first pitch, that is Biggio. Then Ensberg, now swinging at 3 STRIKES IN A ROW. No woner I am losing interest on this team. |

well, OPS from Burke and Loretta is not that far considering how good Loretta is playing. By the way, ANY DOUBT this team will score less than 2 runs with that lineup? ?? Purp has detroyed this team, where is Kent, where is Bengie. losing interest? ? Garner is a moron. Lefties hit Zito more than righties so what is his strategy, to sit Lamb, who is a better hitter than Ensberg and Scott who is better than Lane. Losing interest??? Of course, why do we have to watch a game with Garner the moron managing? This guy is a real idiot. |

Albers, a guy i've mentioned has NO BUSINESS to be pitching in teh majors starts with a walk and now is a 3 and 0 count on second hitter.
This guy is not going to make it in the majors, he is awful and was awful at triple a this year.

Why is this guy starting when we have guys like Mohler and Borkowski.
If Mohler is not going to start games when we have an injury then he should be released and havea guy like Randolph in the majors.
This is why i say i am losing interest on this team because organization looks like amateurs when making moves that MAKES NO SENSE.
Mohler is a pitcher that should be starting games when one of your 5 guys is injured if not, release the guy because then he has no reason to be on the team.

Well, Bengie, the catcher that i wanted just got ANOTHER hit to drive runs.
Game 2 to 0, game over.
Albers, the a$$h*le gave the hit with an 0 and 2 count, this is a very bad pitcher and for some reason is pitching in the majors.
Organization is crazy, Purp is driving this team to hell with so many poor decisions.
This team needs another GM and mangaer.

well, ONLY lefty hitting on teh lineup (teh pitcher) gets the first hit, OF COURSE, like i said, Zito will struggle vs left handed hitters. Why is Garner so stupid? ? |

Well, tonight GArner the moron has Palmeiro starting in RF for Scott and hitting 6th.
So, Palmeiro over Scott and Lane? Or, what about Loretta at 3b, Lamb at 1st and Berkman at RF?
Garner has to be the DUMEST manager in baseball, REALLY.
This is not an April Fools joke, Palmeiro, who is 0 for May is starting tonight.

7 games behind, very bad team, very bad rotation, time to see young guys pitch and play.
Lets see Ensberg play and Scott. Same with Burke.
Lets see if the guys can do the job.
Lets see Gutierrez pitch.
Lets see Randolph pitch.
Let release old guys like Mohler and palmeiro.
Lets trade White.
This team needs to play young guys because we are going nowhere.
If we do the youth thing, then i will get interested again, if we are going to lose with old guys then this team can go to hell, i don't care to watch that.

Wow.
Way too early to give up and call the season over, at least in my book.
They play 162 for a reason.
BTW, if you want to play the young guys, why bring up Randolph? He's far from being a 'young guy'.
