the trade was bad because the idiot we had as gm, by the way, a guy protected by AB traded jennings for hirsh, a guy i would had NOT traded one on one, but we gave 3 instead.
INCREDIBLE.

Giving Woody a two-year deal worth $12.5 million was also stupid.

Like you were right on Ensberg, Lane, Arroyo>?
The only reason you are right is because you refuse to admit when you are wrong. You will spin the sh*t out of it and talk about 1/2 seasons and this and that.

yes, i was right on Arroyo. 3 and 1/2 good years, one 1/2 bad year. So yes, I WAS RIGHT ON HIM.It looks like you are THE ONE using the 1/2 year theory, lmao About Ensberg, I SAID FROM DAY ONE THAT I DID NOT LIKE HIM, THAT I SAW HIM PLAY IN WINTER LEAGUE AND DID NOT LIKE HIM. THAT I WANTED THE ASTROS TO SIGN VINNY CASTILLA OVER THIS GUY. I AM ON RECORD. Now, i am not the one that compared Ensberg to Arod, THAT WAS YOU. About Lane, i said, IF THIS GUY GETS 500 AT BATS HE HITS 30 HOMERS. dUDE, even hitting .200, if you give the guy 600 at bats he will hit 30 homers, look at the stats this year. 166 at bats, 8 homers, that is almost 30 homers if you muliply 166 by 3.5. Homers, 28 in 581 at bats. so, i've been wrong before, but not on those 3, ESPECIALLY ON ARROYO. Sorry, i know it hurts but is the truth And for the record, who would you take, Jennings or Arroyo? // Woody or Arroyo? ?/ Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Lane wont get 500 at bats because he cant hit. No team will leave him in there long enough.
YOU said on Ensberg that he would have a great season in 2007. You were wrong. I said Ensbergs numbers in 2005 were ARod numbers. They were. I never compared them as career ballplayers no matter how many times you lie and say I did.
Arroyo is nothing special. 3 and 1/2 good seasons? How do you have a 1/2 good season. Arroyo had a good season in 2006, thats it. Here is why you never admit you are wrong. You spin the stats and start talking about half seasons and BS like that.
Arroyo has had 1 good season and it was actually really good. But thats it. 1 season with an ERA under 4.00.

Vega, we don't have the luxury to play a guy like Lane if he is going to hit .200 and hit 30 home runs. He has to have a better overall batting average to warrant keeping him in the lineup. The best thing we can do is try to trade him. If not, just release him. We can't use him.
