Coach created the Turdless Punchbowl for the fans who think everything the Astros do is fantastic and don't want to be subjected to the critical viewpoints of the fans who don't mind stating the truth instead of looking through everything with rose-colored glasses. Those of you who think Bagwell and Biggio crap turds that don't stink, need to go swim around in the Turdless Punchbow. If you can't stand for some of us to post negative opinions, don't read them.

No that is not what I am saying. I am saying that there is a place for the eternal optimist. You don't like it tough. I am tired of the management and players piddlef**king around and making millions while getting their asses kicked constantly and seemingly not giving a sh*t and people defending them at every opportunity.

Go back to watching anime'. It is probably better than watching the Lastros since mid-season.

I know I'm sick of watching El Dumbo and Baby Huey jog to first base after hitting ground balls. Did anyone catch the expression on Biggio's face when Pence pulled that bonehead baserunning move last night? I guess the icon forgot that not long ago he killed a potential big inning by trying to steal third with two outs and Lee at the plate. We might look over a rookie being overly aggressive but for a 20-year player to make a selfish move like that is inexcusable.

Personally I'm amazed at 'fans' who give up on their team at the first sign of trouble.

This forum isn't just for pessimism and complaints. If people in here want to still support their team, just like you can whine about it. Both are allowed, at least until Coach says otherwise. With all due respect, it's not your call on where, when, and what I post.

I NEVER said that you couldn't post where you wanted too. All I said was that if your are an eternal optimist then post where Coach said that there were no negative comments allowed. All you EVER do is stand up for a bunch of crybaby millionaires that CONTINUALLY play below the fans expectations.

I WAS an Astros fan for 35 years until they kept on SUCKING in the playoffs and Bagwell and Biggio couldn't hit .150 to save their worthless lives! As far as their trip to the WS is concerned, what happened? Got swept. 'Nough said.

So far I have not had any major complaints with other posters, but it does get old listening to the same tired excuses day in and day out as to why the Bastros cannot win and why the players stay in a season long slump.

Face reality, this team is going to suck for at least 3 to 4 years before they can bring the farm system up to snuff or find a decent trade or two from some team whose management is dumber than ours!

Thanks to PooPoora and Draytie for all of your combined efforts to make the Astros one of the worst teams in baseball this season..

FWIW I'm not thin skinned at all. I've been in lots of forums with lots of guys (and lots of names) through the years. I've been here around a month or so and all I see is the same four people trying to see who can be the biggest prick towards one another. If I knew the rules were that you're only supposed to be negative here, then I wouldn't have joined.

I don't mind criticizing the team, the ownership or the management but it would help if you guys knew what the hell you were talking about and were willing to actually have a discussion instead of an arguement.
