im wondering something here..has ab ever contributed anything of value? Im not trying to start crap or be the bad guy but were his above comments that necessary? instead of saying' no hembo their pitching isnt good and heres why' he choose to just be a d*ck...same goes for chandler...hasnt started a thread on this board/forum(that i can find) but always comes in like the f**king know it all..at least he is half way correct, but ab is totally worthless to anything

Are you in love with me or something? I haven't even posted in this thread and you still have the obsessive need to bring my name up.
It doesn't matter who starts the thread; what matters is what is said of value inside those threads. I don't think you have much of a place questioning anyone else's contributions on this board.

hembo, I have never read Chandler post anthing about a baseball opinion that he couldn't back up with stats or a logical argument. He and I have certainly had our personality disputes ,but it doesn't do your case any good to take a swat at him out of thin air. He knows his baseball as well or better than anyone on this board.

Crash, considering what's been said between us, it means a lot to me to read that from you.
Thanks. I really mean that.
He has a point though - I could stand to do less 'sniping' and more friendly conversing. Ima gonna work on that.

Exactly... hembo, I have produced stat and fact after stat after facts on most subjects. You on the other hand just throw sh*t against the wall and see if it sticks. I dont know as much as Chandler and even Vega ( minor leagues) But I damn sure have forgotten more about baseball than your pee brain will ever know.
You can also quit your public campaign to have me banned. No one cares and its doubtful Coach would be that chickensh*t just because YOU want it. Considering you have less compadres in here than I do. Like I said before, you are only here for 1 reason.

I think the pitching has done MUCH better than expected, Glavine, Maine, Perez and now Pedro.

Crash, i dont see it that way but do respect your opinion..Chandler may not agree but we have seen eye to eye on a number of things and i dont mind saying this...i say it about anyone(and agreed with ab just yesterday) i think theres a way of doing it though..nobody here can deny chandler will not correct you if you're one little bit off...Its annoying as hell..if i say some guy had 2450 career hits he will come in and say 'actually he had 2453 hits' as if someone couldnt make out the point of the topic...
my mom did and still does that crap. Now i love my mom for sure but she was/is a pain in the azz....The point is that nobody likes a know it all...The sniping comment came from the fact its a rarity that he starts a thread which has the appearance of someone laying in wait to pounce...i'd like to think thats not his MO but it has been that way for quite some time....i dont doubt his baseball knowledge..i dont agree with some of it but nobody likes others who just seem to be petty for the sake of doing it...

So what? If there are already threads that exist about things I want to talk about, why in the world should I start duplicate threads? The content is what's important, not some imaginary scoreboard you keep of who starts the most threads.
What's even more annoying for some of us are guys like you who are too lazy to spend the 5-10 seconds using the greatest resource of information ever assembled (the Internet) to get your facts straight. Case in point - you trying to say that it was Jobu Chamberlain's idea to take a day off for every inning pitch, when it's all over the Internet that it was a Yankee front office decision. Knowing the actual truth instead of trusting what you've been told or thought you'd heard is *not* a bad thing.
Yeah, kind of like when someone brings up another poster in a thread they haven't been involved in ONLY so they can attack them.

Here is another thing you do hembo.... Who said the Mets had terrible pitching??? AND just because a guy has a good game doesnt mean the entire pitching staff is great. It was 1 game.
The Mets pitching, FOR CONTENDING TEAMS IS BAD. If you actually took the time to look it up you would know that. Pedro isnt Pedro, he is old and hurting. Maine hasnt been great, not bad, but not great and Glavine is 90 years old and the season has worn him down. The Mets dont have a true Ace stopper. Can you say that about the other teams??? Cubs- Zambrano, D-backs- Webb, Pads- Peavy.
Do some research hembo. Just do it and whether you are or not you will look a little more like you know what you are talking about. As it is now, you dont. But you act like you are the Know-It-All. Thats sad.
Chandler can defend himself, but let me tell you this. He isnt petty. He just wants people to be acurate. You are not most of the time.

I see your point Hembo, and it kinda looks like Chandler does too. We're an interesting family here. We've grown quite a bit on this forum this year. I like the place. I look forward to a spritely off-season. And next year .... well, we can only go up from here.

So today Glavine gives up 7 runs in 0.1 innings. So now does that mean the Mets staff sucks? If they were good yesterday with a good job from Maine, then they must sick with todays job by Glavine? Right?
Do you get how simple minded you are hembo?
Coach... Just stir it up. You know damn well what I mean and you know damn well I am right. I know you will never admit it. But as long as you know that I know its ok with me.
