2006, DIFFERENCE IN FAVOR OF OSWALT.

2007, Big difference in favor of Peavy again.

So, out of last 4 years, Peavy is getting better ERA's and less hits per innings plus is 3 years younger.

Actually, last year he had a 4.09 ERA but less hits than innings and over one K per inning so it was EASY to see Peavy having the kind of year he is having this year.
